So I have been getting constant BSODs and system restarts, and then I tried running my system on "Power saver mode" in which my system experienced constant restarts after a couple minutes use, so I am going to replace my power supply.

 

I'm wondering if there is a certain type of PSU I need in my system since I understand the fan on the stock PSU is side-ways outwards. If someone could source me a PSU near 500 watts for my system I would be greatful since I would also love to upgrade my GPU and CPU in the future. Thanks.

They can help you with the unit repair or part replacement.

 

I request you talk to HP Phone Support and they will help you to sort it.

 

1. Click on this link -  https://support.hp.com/us-en

2. Select the country.

3. Enter the serial number of your device.

4. Select the country from the drop-down.

5. Click on "Show Options".

6. Fill out the web form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
