Product: Victus by HP 15L Gaming Desktop PC TG02-1000i (6V9S1AV)

New HT Victus 15 will not allow sufficient time to configure BIOS. I can get to BIOS config via repeated F10 clicks and if I'm quick enough I can make changes, for example modify a boot order but system allows only a few seconds for that. Once these few seconds elapsed regardless of active keyboard clicks the screen goes blank, keyboard becomes unresponsive and remains in this state forever. I can get to BIOS config also via Shift+Restart but it doesn't change anything. The blue options screen presented following Shift+Restart also goes blank in a few seconds.

Uninterrupted boot works, no issues.
