Hello @Hussaintin

Did you get the laptop to turn off then? If so, unplug the power cord, then hold power button down for 20 seconds.

Then see if you can access the bios screen or if it still remains blacked out.

Press the power button and immediately begin rapidly tapping the ESC key until an options menu appears.

Choose F10 for the bios. If you are able to get the bios up, do a reset by pressing F10 again. Then it might ask you to press F10 one more time to save and exit.

  • If you can get into the bios, but not Windows 10 without a black screen, you may have to reinstall Windows.
  • If you cannot see the options menu/bios at all, then the computer needs to be sent back for exchange or repairs.

Did you purchase the laptop in your country or from a different one?

If you bought it from a local store, are you still within the time of store policy to take it back for another one?

If not, contact HP Support for a warranty issue. They will need it back for repairs.

IF you purchased it from a different country than yours, it might not be eligible for Warranty work in your country. Just so you know. You would have to ask Support what your options would be.

Let me know what you find out.
