Severe damage

I dropped my laptop recently, and it really messed up the screen, and the case. My warranty has ended too.  how much would it cost for me to get this fixed or shouldn't even try to.9B379E2C-0DB8-4E5E-9341-CCC394A3DDF1.jpeg

Hello @Asmi226

You have enough damage that the whole case would need replacing, plus the monitor panel. If that hinge is sprung, that would need it also. You're looking at at least $600.00 US dollars for parts. A new one can be bought on Amazon for around $900.00.

If you have to pay a tech to do the labor, you've paid for a new one.

Its up to you. I would just connect an old external monitor and keyboard/mouse and use it like a desktop. Then save my money for a new one when I could.
