Tengo un Hp Victus TG02 - 0002lam Intel Core I5 fuera de garantía desde hace menos de un mes y no he podido lograr que HP me de informes acerca de cómo obtener una fuente de poder de repuesto para el mismo, ni sus teléfonos, ni sus bots me han permitido lograr obtener información acerca de cómo adquirir esa parte esencial para encender el pc, Por favor si alguien sabe cómo adquirir repuestos, por favor, infórmenme. Gracias.

Realmente no quiero tener que escalar esta queja a instancias gubernamentales, dado que se trata de un equipo de tan solo un año de uso y NO poder acceder a repuestos para estos, es absolutamente ILEGAL.

For some reason folks that live in Latin America cannot buy parts directly from HP and they provide this list of authorized suppliers.

The only other option I can think of would be to see if you can buy one on eBay and find a seller that will not charge you a fortune to ship the power supply to Columbia.

Appreciate your quick answer, but the spare part you pointed out is just a one look alike, the one I really need is this one: M15695-001, which I looked  in there, but couldn't find.

Any suggestion?

The part number I gave you is from the HP parts list for your exact PC's product number of 6D504LA.

The part number on your PC's power supply does not even exist in the HP partsurfer database or in the HP parts store website.

The part number I posted shows up in both places.

The part number in your PC was probably replaced by the one in the HP parts list.

The only place I can find the one that was actually in your PC is on eBay.

Sir, what should I do when the part is "not Avaliable? 

I saw this one, Amazon.com: S-Union Fuente de alimentación mejorada 942332-001 de 400 W compatible con HP 280 288 28... 

But I am not sure.

Unfortunately, that I do not know.

What I do know is that power supply is used in the HP TG01 PC model series, so maybe it will work for the TG02?
