Your machine could be one of the following over 190 machines
They probably use same motherboard: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c07119829
which only has one slot for M.2 SSD for storage
- One PCI Express Gen 3 x16
- One PCI Express Gen 3 x1
- Two M.2 expansion slots
- One M.2 socket 1, Key A
- One M.2 socket 3, Key M, (2280/2242)
The answer is NỌ extra slot. What does it have now ? You can count M.2 as extra if it only had normal HDD now.
