when i log restart, and the login to windows come up, i get a msg stating "we are unable to connect right now. please check your network and try again. if i sign in as i used to, i get a user profile cannot be reloaded. if i log in as administrator, it lets me in, but it is not my normal desktop. it has me signed in as a guest, and any changes i make will not be saved. this started about 2 weeks ago after an HP bios upgrade. not sure what happened one day this week, but after a power failure, everything was there. so this morning i decided to do a restart. back to the same old thing as signing in as a "guest". the goal here is to share information, so, except in extreme cases, we do not respond by email!
For your problem, you should try to create a new account, then recover the data to copy it to the new
test, if everything is ok, delete the HS account!
