HP Gaming 689 xx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

when i log restart, and the login to windows come up, i get a msg stating "we are unable to connect right now. please check your network and try again. if i sign in as i used to, i get a user profile cannot be reloaded. if i log in as administrator, it lets me in, but it is not my normal desktop. it has me signed in as a guest, and any changes i make will not be saved. this started about 2 weeks ago after an  HP bios upgrade. not sure what happened one day this week, but after a power failure, everything was there. so this morning i decided to do a restart. back to the same old thing as signing in as a "guest". Please respond via email to [private information removed] DO NOT SEND ANY  LINKS. Thank you.

Hello
the goal here is to share information, so, except in extreme cases, we do not respond by email!
For your problem, you should try to create a new account, then recover the data to copy it to the new
test, if everything is ok, delete the HS account!
