Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... I would like to help you.

 

If <HP Support Assistent> was installed or computer registered at HP -> Contact HP Support

 

Standard procedure would be the following

 

Please contact POLICE ! They can investigate and have special rights.

 

You will need proof of ownership: proof of purchase (invoice), documents such as warranty and emails from HP. On the packaging of the notebook there is a sticker with the unique product data

serial number (s/n)

Yes, I have tried to contact HP, but they haven't responded back to me yet, if you have a method that will grant me a quicker response from them, please do let me know!
