hi, I have a strange problem with my new pc. It makes a strange noise like a non-constant buzz, the fans seem ok, I don't know what it can be.

@chrisbramante , welcome to the forum.
The best way to tell where the buzz is coming from is, open the side panel and get as close as possible to buzz. Then, see if you can identify the component that is making it. My first thought is that it may be a capacitor that is buzzing. Check to see if any of them are bulging. This would be unlikely in a new computer, but wouldn't be completely impossible.
