Hi:

I recommend you run the hardware diagnostics utility in the BIOS (F2) and see if there are any hardware problems such as a failed hard drive or bad memory module.

If the hardware passes the tests, the only suggestion I can offer would be to use the HP cloud recovery tool on another Windows PC with W7 64 bit or newer to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.

Here is an info link for how to use the cloud recovery tool...

I checked to see that your PC was supported by the cloud recovery tool at the link below...

One important note is that you will lose all currently installed programs and files by using the recovery media.

Hi, thx for helping. I’m kinda new to this stuff and your reply was kind of hard to understand sorry. Can you break it down for me plz

You're very welcome.

Unfortunately, I can't break it down any more than I did already...

1. Run hardware diagnostics test in the BIOS.

Turn on the PC, press the ESC key to get the menu of options.

Select the F2 diagnostics menu and run the tests for the hard drive and memory.

If the hardware passes, make the bootable recovery drive to reinstall W10.

If any of the hardware fails the test, (hard drive or memory), those items will have to be replaced.

The cloud recovery tool link I posted has all the info you need to create a bootable recovery drive.
