the hp is not updating my laptop warranty the brand said that previously some one had made a registered a case and they cant update the warranty and i have the original invoice of the laptop i showed them they are not listening they tell the seller to tell the brand and the they will update and now after a month how can i ??? the brand is not stick to its image not following up the costumers properly and not listening what should i do???
