Desktop TG01-0020
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought a desktop actually from Microsoft, and the tech specs said there were 3 display ports on it and there is only HDMI and DVI. I went back to talk to Microsoft support and they top every HP omen off the list in the store so I can't actually prove that what it said.  They did after the first time I contacted them. I kept getting talk to this person or a link to talk to some other department until it was time to close.  I bought the computer to run my oculus rift s wi ch requires a display port. I already put my hard drive and have more ram I was going to put in it. I tried all the adapters USB c to display ext....

 I know HP probably isn't responsible. Even the graphics card sold gtx 1650 say it come with a display port. Any suggestions. I cant return and cant buy a graphics card for another 6 months.  I would like to enjoy my VR that I originally bought this computer for. Wi ch was suppose to meet min. requirements.

Then why is advertised through Microsoft as having 3 display ports and the took it down after I brought it up to them. All of the HP omen computers they were selling were taken down. I know that there is a difference but the tech specs as advertised on Microsoft should have been what I got and granted I should have looked before hooking my hardware up Drive and ram.  I got because it met all requirements to run my oculus rift s.  I have had HP my whole life because of there stability in my world. The last two computers I bought. Both from 3 parties have wrong specs advertised. Somebody needs to be responsible for making sure people are getting what they order. I sent the first omen back.  Why would a graphics card skip out on a display port. No royalties where HDMI and DVI both require royalties to be used ext....

@Jynxer3301

Its specs

        https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c06456515

It has  NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1650 (4 GB GDDR5 dedicated) therefore all ports of iGPU (one HDMI and ove VGA) are disabled. You have to use all available ports of the GTX 1650 (GDDR5) which ONLY has 1 HDMI port and DL-DVI ports as mentioned on the following list

          https://www.nvidia.com/en-au/geforce/graphics-cards/gtx-1650/

They said 3 because they probably saw dual (2) link DVI ports. There is another version of the GTX 1650 which has GDDR6 specs as you can see on the above link.

Regards.
