The RAM shortage for hp pavilion 690-0024

There is a ram issue with this specific computer, the issue is that the APU takes 2 - 1 Gig of ram, This doesn't help gaming performance as there is a Radeon 580 4GB or a Nivida 1050 Ti installed in the system, my specific computer has 16 gigs of DDr4 ram, but only 14.9 gigs are available to use. Does anyone have a solutionScreenshot 2020-12-03 085046.png to this issue?

The specs of your machine is

It uses  AMD Ryzen5-2400G (Raven Ridge)  processor. They have fixed it from 2.1GB down to 1.1GB now, that's good.

 

That is a known issue which is related to AMD processors. Please check the following article:.
