I guess the gpu is down due  since all the operation are okey except screen.

Welcome to the HP Forum.

 

Have you checked for a newer graphics card driver? 

 

I could not assist without a specific HP Product Number. Or provide info on your PC's graphics card so we can check for a recent driver.

 

This could also be a hardware problem with the GPU or the monitor or the integrated screen if you have a Laptop.
