Hey everyone, I purchase a pc from a friend of mine, reset the computer but there is another account that appears when I try to sign in. I don’t have that persons login for the PC and was wondering if there was a way to totally reset it to get rid of the additional account? Thank you!

How did you RESET it ? A clean install should remove everything for you to start over from fresh. You can create USB media and install Windows

I did a full factory reset that wiped all accounts, local files and names.  But the additional account still mandates a login. Even after all the resets, I’ve done 6, it just won’t give. Maybe I’m doing something wrong. 😑
