Three short beeps no post no video

Looking for beep codes for TG01-0023w. On startup I get three short beeps, no video, no post

This is the only beep code chart for newer PC's that I could find, and it doesn't match what beeps you are getting.

if you are in the European Union, computer less than two years old, contact the seller..
If not, then you can try removing anything that isn't necessary for operation.
leave as a peripheral only keyboard/mouse, screen
If possible, which seems to be the case, remove the graphics card, connect the display to the motherboard
It seems to have only one memory module, try changing the slot
