OMEN 30L Desktop - GT13-0024nl
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, just bought to the OMEN 30L Desktop - GT13-0024nl (Intel i9+2080ti)

I am a 3D artist and anytime I start a simple render this Desktop looks like it's going to explode, I can literally hear the noise from the other side of the house. Can you check for me if this is consider "normal" or should I call assistance?

I made a small video.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the system fan is making a loud noise.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check whether the issue is resolved.

The only time I have heart that crazy jet engine noise was when I used the HP OCC CPU overclocking option and is related to the CPU temp where the tiny 12mm AIO can't really keep up with the temps and the fan is spinning with very high RPMs. I only used it once for test and since then I just keep everything on default, so to my opinion I don't really think that anyone should be doing any serious overclocking with the stock AIO.
