Product: OMEN by HP 45L Gaming Desktop PC GT22-1000i (6C1R9AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am attempting to install an external power/reset button for ease of accessibility, but I can't find a diagram online anywhere for my motherboard. It is the ArcticOC located here HP Desktop PCs - ArcticOC motherboard specifications | HP® Customer Support I have looked for the header everywhere on the board itself but do not see it. I was hoping there is a diagram for this board somewhere online, but I have had no luck unfortunately. I have not built a computer since 2004 so I am a bit lost here. If anyone happens to have some insight I would appreciate it, thank you kindly.

Welcome to the HP Forum.

 

There is not much technical documentation on the 45L case or your HP MB.

 

The 45L was designed to use retail MBs so the front_panel power connections would be industry standard.

 

I would look at the top to bottom right perimeter of the MB for the front_panel power connectors. Maybe you can trace the cables coming from the power button to the MB.

 

Current retail MBs I have used have all of the the front_panel stuff at the bottom right corner of the MB.
