Hi! I bought HP Recovery USB and i was trying to reinstall Windows 10 to factory settings. In boot options i choose usb and its loading. But after that im getting this error and it restarts the computer after this. Im trying to download new from HP Cloud Recovery to see if that helps. But if not what should i do? I have been testing hardware system and everything passed. Thanks

Hi:

 

If the cloud recovery client tool doesn't work either, then you can always clean install W10 by making a bootable USB W10 installer using the media creation tool at the link below.

 

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

 

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.
