Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Can I please get some suggestions for how to hookup two monitors to this gaming desktop?  There appears to be only one HDMI port and no VGA port.  Not sure if I can buy a converter to convert HDMI to USB and plug the USB into the PC or not.  Maybe there's a better solution for the second monitor?

Thanks,

Jay

A standard DP to HDMI cable will do the job. There are few versions, please use HDMI version 2.0 to get higher resolution, For example

    https://www.amazon.com.au/Club3D-Displayport-1-2-HDMI-CAC-1070/dp/B017BQ8I54

    https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32846537659.html       (cheaper)

All good computer shops should stock those cables (from .5m to 5m).

Regards.

The specs of your machine is

   https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c06102953

The VGA port is disabled due to machine has   NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 (2 GB) card but the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 (2 GB) has   Rear I/O connectors: Dual Link DVI-D + HDMI + DisplayPort which supports up to three displays at the same time.

Does your second monitor have DVI or DisplayPort ? You can connect it using DVI or DP port, no need to use an adapter.

Thank you for the response.

My 2nd monitor has a HDMI connection.  How do I connect the HDMI Monitor to DisplayPort on the machine?

Thank you,

Jay
