1) What model power supply can I purchase to replace the proprietary made in China 180W PS? Ideally, I would like to get a 500-600w PS.... none seem to be a good match fit/form/function.

2) What model video card do you recommend to replace the Nvidia GT 610 Video Card?
I need a min of 4Gb to run Photoshop or AutoCAD Inventor.  My computer crashes, completely shuts down whenever I open these to apps.

Not sure how these computers can be sold as a gaming computer when they are so Wennie Hut Jr.

@KHAcaina,

Welcome to our HP Community forum!

Device name: "EienNOinochi" is not a known device name, but it appears to be a name or a code associated with a specific, individualized device, possibly a gaming handheld. It is not a standard product name for a commercial device, which is why a general search does not return results for a specific product.

Device ID: "19774DC1-D614-4B5E-A230-8DDAED8CED3B" is a unique, randomly generated device identifier. It is not a standard hardware identifier and is most likely a Universally Unique Identifier (UUID) or a similar format used for tracking purposes by an app or operating system.

The product ID "00330-52476-47079-AAOEM" is a generic identifier for a version of Windows that was preinstalled on a computer by a manufacturer (OEM). It is not a unique product key and cannot be used to activate Windows or look up specific hardware information.

In other words, this information is getting me nowhere.

Please type in: System Information in your lower Windows search bar, click on the System Information app, and look to the right of "System Model", "System SKU", and "BaseBoard Product" and provide that information.

Kind Regards,

NonSequitur777
