About a year ago (December 2023) I purchased a fully stocked Omen 45L.  I9.  4090 RTX.  Worked great.  After about 4 months the video card went bad.  Sent in for repair and received it back sooner than I could have hoped.  5 months later exact same problem.  Sent the computer back again.

Got it back and it worked, but the side door latches were busted and one of the feet was broken.  Sent it back in.  Now they can't replace it.  Initially offered a replacement model with a 4070ti.  Not even close to the same value.  I asked for a replacement or a refund and they offered a refund of less than $600.  You can still buy this model for nearly $4000.  To add insult to injury they might not send it back to me.  I am at a loss for what to do.

This is not a small purchase and I purposely went top of the line to get 4-5 years out of this computer.

What can I do now?
