Account unknown and a lot of numbers... What is it and why is it on my computer?

The string of numbers might be the SID for an account on the computer.

There are usually at least a couple account references on the computer - some are created (and controlled) by the system and others are those accounts added by the owner / administrator.

Open the Command Prompt:

Windows key + X + (then) A  (admin cmd prompt)

Type the command:

wmic useraccount get name, sid

How to find a User SID on Windows

Want to know more about SID?

Use your favorite search engine and search for "What is windows SID"
