I can't use BIOS setup advanced menu to change the xmp profile, I would like to know the issue.

Hi Spiderbat1370,

 

Many HP MBs don't allow XMP or DOCP memory tweaking.

 

Please provide a specific HP Product Number or a model number.

 

It may be possible to tweak memory on an AMD MB using Ryzen Master. I don't think Intel provides this option with IXTU anymore.
