Welcome back to the forum.
I am not a HP employee.
The motherboard can do a 2070 if the 2070 fits in your chassis. A Nvidia reference 2070 is 266.74mm or 10.5 inches in length (Link).
Your PC (Link) ships with a 500 watt power supply.
The 2070 requires a 650 watt PSU. You will need to upgrade the PSU.
