Upgrade amd4 cpu on Omen25L

Hello.  I have the omen 25L GT12-1000a with amd ryzen 5 cpu, with nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 graphics card.  I would to know if i can upgrade the cpu to any other ryzen amd4 chipsets.  I have read that i can upgrade up to ryzen 9 5950X cpu.  I don't know how accurate that is.  I see many choices of amd4 cpus.  There is 16 gb ram installed already, and i may add another 2 ram sticks.  Was also looking to add more cooling for the newer chipset, would water cooling be a good choice that uses 3 fans for cooling?  I am new to the amd series chips
