For better performance, you should ideally choose a DDR4 RAM module that runs at the speed supported by your motherboard and CPU. While 3200 MHz JEDEC RAM is common, your system may not automatically run it at full speed and could default to a lower speed like 2133 MHz, which might be why you felt it was slow.
Regarding the Crucial DDR4 PRO model (CP2K16G4DFRA32A), it should be compatible with your HP Victus TG02-1222nw, as long as your motherboard supports DDR4 RAM at 3200 MHz. Make sure to check the maximum supported RAM speed for your specific system in the user manual or on the real estate website.
If you still experience issues, you may need to manually adjust the RAM speed in the BIOS/UEFI settings to ensure it runs at 3200 MHz.
