Solved!

Upgrade graphic card and change power supply

HP Recommended
Pavilion 690 0035nf
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Dear all,

Can I change the graphics card from GeForce 1050 to a GeForce 1080TI? Will the graphics card fit in the tower? Also, I would need to change the power supply to 500W at least, do you have a reference which could fit in this tower?

Thank you in advance

HI

HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop 690-0035nf Product Specifications

In the current configuration, no indeed, power supply too low
Try to see with the database of @wb2001  data created here:

https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Desktop-Knowledge-Base/Power-Supply-Cross-Reference-for-specific-model...

For dimensions, it is necessary to check with the model chosen directly !
if much larger than the card in place it may not fit indeed!

Check for any additional pci connectors required
