ENVY 700 210xt
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an envy 700 210xt with 16 GB of RAM i7 4770 CPU 3.40 MHz. What do I need to do to upgrade graphics card to GeForce GTX 1650 Super? Do I have to change the expansion card? If so, what card do I need?

What are you calling "extension card". If you mean the present graphic card, either a GeForce GT 640 (4 GB) or GeForce GTX 645 (2 GB) you have to delete the installation programs for that card, power down, pull the power cord from the computer, and swap out the card. Then install the software that come with the new card.

What wattage PSU do you have ? That unit has either a 300W, 460W, or 600W.

The GTX 1650 Super, as defined here, is a 100W card with a PCIe 6 pin power port.

Only the 460w and 600W have the PCie 6 pin power cabling.   Just pick a card.
