Upgrade option

Heyy! I have HP Omen 16 c0092ax, and planning to upgrade it to the fullest.  I'm confused because several websites say that this laptop can be upgraded up to 64 GB, but when I scanned it it only read the maximum upgrade at 32 GB, and instead it read as the HP OMEN 16-C0000 model, so what is the actual maximum upgrade on my laptop? thankyou.

Your specific 16-c0092ax notebook is a member of the entire HP OMEN 16-c0000 model series, which is why it scans that way.

Chapter 1 of the service manual indicates the maximum memory is 2 x 16 GB

Maintenance and Service Guide

I cannot find any posts where someone has actually installed 2 x 32 GB of memory in that model series, so if you want to go with the 64 GB maximum that the Crucial memory report indicates, that's up to you.
