I have a OMEN 880-P0xx with ryzen 5 1400 quad core, NVIDIA GeForce GT 1030 I would like to upgrade the video card what are my options?

It helps us if you post the full product number of that computer so we know exactly what you have.
You most likey have a 300W power supply already. YOu can safely upgrade to a GTX 1050 ti without having to upgrade the power supply. Anything stronger and you would have to upgrade the power supply also.

I'm not sure the where the product number. I think its 880-068. I'm pretty sure its 300w can I upgrade the power supply if I wanted?

Yes, that model has a 300w PSU. I would try it with the existing PSU first.
If you decide you need a different one, it uses a standard ATX power supply.
