Hello everyone! I'm easily intimidated when it comes to opening up my PC and adding upgrades so I thought coming here might help. I purchased this PC in the summer of 2017 and have had no issues with it but now has come the time to upgrade my graphics card. I was wondering if anyone knew if the computer has enough power and room inside to power and hold a GeForce RTX 2060 or 2070. Currently the PC has a GeForce GTX 1060.
Thanks!

You can absolutely upgrade that model desktop with those parts.
An RTX 206-2070 would be a significant upgrade, especially if you are using or going to upgrade to a higher refresh rate monitor like 144Hz (if you're only using a standard 60Hz).
You will need to read up on the new cards specs for length and then measure the inside of the case where the current card is to make sure it will fit. I dont have that actual measurement to look up.
Your power supply should already be a 500w ATX PSU. The 2060 will work fine on that. If going 2070, look up its requirements. It might need a little more. If so, you can upgrade that as well.
Is this what you needed to know? Let me know.
