I stream on Twitch, and I'm looking to slowly upgrade my hardware, as I work a minimum wage job and can't fork out loads of money. I wanted to upgrade my RAM from 8gb to 16gb. What RAM will work? Will this Ram work? https://www.crucial.com/usa/en/ct8g4dfs8266
Or should I just buy two new 8gb sticks from Corsair?
What will be faster/better performing?

@KMSane , welcome to the forum.
The first thing that you should do is install CPU-Z to check the brand and timings of the current memory. You will find this information in the section titled "SPD". This will give you an idea of what memory will work. It is always best to use the same brand of memory. Crucial (Micron) is one of three memory chip manufacturers. They make very good memory. If you decide to go with Crucial's memory, I suggest contacting their Tech Support to assure that their memory will be compatible with the current memory.
You have to be careful when buying memory. The new gaming memory will not always be compatible with HP's BIOS'es. Crucial's Ballistix memory would be a good upgrade.
