Is it safe to upgrade to i7-9700K or i7-8700K?

Hello
indeed, there was only a page or two at the beginning
then several, we can see a difference for the processors ..
but if I remember correctly (not rechecked) also for memory!
The SSID remains the same, there is no information except error, of different model!
It must therefore be possible, but it may be necessary to update the bios ..
