Upgrading with Higos Motherboard

HP OMEN 880-032nb
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP Omen 880-032nb which has a AMD Ryzen 7-1700 processor, Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 3GB and 16GB DDR5 RAM.

I was wondering if it is possible to upgrade these to:

- AMD Ryzen 7 2700X Processor,

- Nvidia RTX 2060 Ventus XS 6G OC or Nvidia GTX 1660 Ti Ventus XS 6G OC

and add another 16GB of DDR5 RAM with my current Higos Motherboard.

If not, what is the best possible upgrade, or is it possible to replace the motherboard so I can fully upgrade everything?

Here is the Product Specifications page for the computer:

Look at the sections titled "Processor upgrade information" and "Memory upgrade information" for information on fully tested compatible upgrades.  Here is the memory recommended by Crucial Memory for your computer:

You can use CPU-Z to check the manufacturer and timings of the current memory:

This information is in the tab titled "SPD".

Now, for the video card.  Here is a HP Knowledge Base article that will help you determine which card will work:

You won't have to worry about the BIOS/UEFI.  It will be UEFI.  Here is a guide that will help you with the replacement:
