I ran the online repair for MSFT office pro plus 2016 that was included with this HP Omen PC. I had activated and paid for it and been using Word and Outlook fine for months. I did the online repair and it says I have to activate it again. It won't let me use the office programs until I can activate it. I have no idea what product key I used before or how I got it since office came with it and there is no disk.
Please help ASAP. I use this for work and can't use Word or email until this is resolved.
