Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just bought a used motherboard from a guy that I’m not able to contact anymore, I stuck it in a machine but when I opened the bios settings to set the boot drive there’s an admin password. Is there any way to reset the admin password?

Unfortunately, for problem with passwords you will need to contact an HP agent.
Sign in to your support page
Select the product you need help with and scroll down to support options.
Select "Contact us". You can change country and language if necessary.

Here is HP's official policy regarding BIOS passwords:
HP Business PCs - Forgotten or lost BIOS password | HP® Support
