Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to download origin so I can play Sims 4 on my Windows 10 and my laptop is saying “vcruntime140.doll” is missing. I’ve tried everything to fix the problem even using the Microsoft solution and nothing has worked. If you know a different way to fix my problem PLEASE PLEASE help!

VCRUNTIME140.dll is distributed with the Visual C++ runtime. You can download the latest versions from the following links and install to your machine.
