Vertical flickering + menu buttons not working

Hi HP 

 

I purchased a new HP Omen 32 monitor and unfortunately the menu buttons dont work ( most of the times ) and sometimes I get the flickering vertical lines. 

 

Whenever I have to restart or close down the montor does not close itself down and as the buttons dont work so I have to take the electricity plug out from the back. 

 

I called HP and they told me that they will be sending me the DPD postage but it has been over 15 days and I have not received anything in the post. 

 

Could someone from HP assist me please.

I have escalated your concern to HP’s Support Team in your region to have it reviewed for available options if any.

You should be contacted within 4 business days (Excluding Holidays & Weekends).

 

Response times may vary by region.
