Microsoft Windows 11

I have a Victus 15L that will not boot, from power on, the monitor is detected and the HP logo appears then the computer freezes. The PC is, as a is from factory, no hardware or upgrades done. Any help is appreciated.

No solution yet but I ran into the same issue today too. It seems a little odd to have the same issue on the same day. Currently trying a new NVMe as at least I get a bios window when I remove the original NVMe.

*Edit* New NVMe SSD only gave a different error. Ended up having extra memory lying around and replaced the one stick and the computer booted normally. I then put the old stick back in and ran a memory test and the test froze at 1% complete. Appears my memory has gone bad.

Try continually pressing F2 right after turning the computer on. This should open the diagnostic screen. Select components and the memory, quick test. You can at least try to rule out if it is a memory issue.
