Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello! My computer in the past has not been able to run certain games well, and after looking at the stats, i think i will have the same problem. I am trying to run overwatch, but my video card is WELL past outdated, and thus making it super slow and crappy. I dont know much about laptops and was wondering what to do. Can i change out my video card? Can i get someone else to do it? What should i do? My stats are to the following:

Processor: Intel core i7-4710HQ CPU @ 2.50 GHz

RAM: 16 GB

Edition: Windows 10 Home

Hello @creepercomix

It would help me more if you would include the full product number of your laptop. Its located in the HP Support Assistant.

Unfortunately, you cannot swap out videos cards in most laptops like you can for a desktop. For a laptop, you would be better off if its this outdated, to simply buy another one if you can afford it.

If you want advice on a certain HP system, Ill offer what I can.

Let me know.

Got it. Heres the Product ID:

00326-10000-00000-AA760

The reason im asking is because my freind said when they got the computer that you could swap out the parts easy, but im just checking here so I know thats possible

Also, if there is any data left that is needed, please ask and i will get it for you. Sry, and thank you.

The number you posted is the wrong number. You need to go to the Start menu and navigate to the HP Support Assistant and open it. Then click on your computer and the product number will be above.

But you wont be able to swap video cards. The problem with friends is that they mean well, but usually have no idea what they are talking about.

Sorry.
