Product: OMEN by HP 45L Gaming Desktop PC GT22-0000i (393C5AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

While playing any game after variable time 2 mins to 10 mins the video output cuts out.
Temperatures never exceed 76 degrees
Have updated BIOS, Drivers and done a full PC reset.
Omen 45L GT22-0007na GeForce RTX 3080Ti and intel i9 12-900k processor bought Februrary 2022

Essentially the product is faulty- as it is a top of the range gaming PC that you cant play games on.

Challenge working this through with HP support- they don't seem receptive that the PSU or GPU or motherboard are potentially faulty under stress.

if you have already tried everything, and the problem persists, there is not much we can do for you
if the computer does not work, you must return the computer to the seller
