Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Just bought in December warranty says it expired in September and windows wont load on start up

@PaulSimi , welcome to the forum.

 

The computer was released in March, 2018.  This is why it shows that the warranty has expired.  You should contact the seller to see what can be done.  If you bought it from HP Store contact HP Customer Support for help.

 

It would help if you could give me more information.  What is the computer doing when you press the Power button?
