OMEN by HP 25L Gaming Desktop PC GT15-0000i (3Y5U7AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

Just bought new Omen gaming desktop....there is no support for this computer here on HP support site.  Desktop was activated on 01/14/2023 but warranty info says I only have 9 months left?  I should have until next January correct?

Also, on support and drivers page, it says there are no drivers for this desktop.  I also can't find a way to register this computer, using serial number, I get prompt saying they can't find this product.  Off to a bad start for supporting my new rig.

When I click on the link to the support page I posted, it automatically defaults to Windows 11 drivers.

So, the problem must be on your end.

Microsoft Edge is the recommended browser to use.

Hi:

Below is the link to the driver page for your PC:

OMEN by HP 25L Gaming Desktop PC GT15-0000i Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Customer Support

You are correct...your PC should come with a 1 year warranty.

The reason that happens is that HP starts the warranty clock ticking the minute the PC leaves the assembly plant, so the longer the PC sits unsold, the less time remains on the warranty.

HP used to have an online warranty dispute process, but I don't believe that works anymore, but you can give it a try.

HP PCs, printers - Dispute a warranty status | HP® Customer Support

Otherwise, you should be able to open a support case using the HP support assistant program that came with your PC to get the warranty start and end dates adjusted.

I was able to get warranty updated but hitting your link above takes me to a page that says “can’t find support drivers for your product “, I’ve even put serial number in search product box and still nothing….is my system too new?
