I have been trying to get support on my issue since I bought my laptop (back in May 2020) and still have got no response back from anyone. I have proof of when I bought it and when I got my laptop it only had around half of the warranty left. I am stuck here now because my laptop is having some screen problems and I am not under warranty anymore when I should be. I have went through the website and did the chat around 5 times (I would do it once a week for a while) and I managed to find a phone number and they said they will get on top of it today and call me back within and hour. That was at 8 am and at this time of me writing this its now 1 am the next day.
