Hi guys,

So had this laptop for two years it was pretty great

Took it to the store I got it from for ram and hard drive upgrade

But now won't power on when you hit the power button (only light flashes)

Took it backthe store I got it from, and they took a look at it

Mother bord seems to not be working 

They saw that using 1 ram stick allows for the system to turn on but not display 

Two sticks won't turn on at all

Also unfortunately two years ago thought i bought a warranty but it turns out to be a 3year pickup and return protection

Hi folk , happy to say that the warranty portion was swiftly taken care of, now I just have to get the laptop looked at 

And I'll be all set
