Product: OMEN by HP 45L Gaming Desktop PC GT22-0000a (4E977AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

 

Wlan: M.2 Realtek RTL8852AE WiFi 6 802.11ax

 

Hi

The installed M.2 WLAN card is not the BEST. Within a few meters everything is fine. If I want to go in distances I can no longer go online with the iPad in the bedroom (as the crow flies one floor higher about 7 m). Also in the basement or garden I have no reception at all. With the old PC all this was possible.

Is there a recommendable M.2 card that is known for good signal strength? Looking forward to an answer.

sorry I don't understand what you are telling me
but the wifi card indicated, check the link given, is installed on different hp models and this is not a model

I am Swiss and a different model is offered here. My model is called:

OMEN 45L Gaming-Desktop-PC GT22


and has a MicroATX board and a processor AMD Ryzen 9 5900X 12-Core.
