I am upgrading my GPU, but I am not sure what Power Supply to purchase that will fit. I also would like to upgrade my MotherBoard at some point but I don't know which one to grab. I am a little tech-savvy. 
 
Here are the upgrades: 
SK Hynix Gold S31 1TB 3D NAND 2.5 inch SATA III Internal SSD - up to 560MB/s

I just saw that I only have a 300W PSU. I will be upgrading to this: 

Cooler Master MPY-6501-AFAAG-US MWE 650 Gold Full Modular, 80+ Gold Certified 650W Power Supply, 5 Year Warranty

 

I also need a ram upgrade. I would like to aim for 32GB. Suggestions?

Are you sure a GPU card that is 12.4" long will fit ?  Motherboard is only 9.4"
