OMEN 30L
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This will be the second time in the less than 6 months that I  purchased my Omen 30L that it will need to be sent for repairs due to a recurring issue.

No high performance pc able to stand intense graphics processing should need to be sent to for repairs twice within a six month period, much less if its brand new.

So I need to begin to consider requesting reimbursement for a product that is clearly defective.

I would appreciate if anyone could instruct me on the procedures I need to follow in regards to this.
